RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ELIGIBILITY
Products are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:
• Coffee seeds must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Defective or damaged products can be exchanged.
Refunds are processed only if replacements are unavailable. Products purchased during sales or discounted periods are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
PROCESS
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Provide details of your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
WARRANTY
The warranty is valid only with the original invoice. The warranty covers repairs or replacements for defects. Natural variations in coffee beans or improper brewing practices are not covered.
