We source distinctive coffees from respected farms, washing stations and producer groups in Ethiopia, Rwanda and El Salvador. Each coffee is selected for cup quality, traceability and a flavour profile that expresses its origin. We work to bring these coffees to India while preserving the character and care behind every lot.
Specialty Coffee
Specialty coffee is carefully grown, processed and evaluated to meet recognised standards for quality. Coffees scoring 80 points or more on the 100-point specialty-coffee scale qualify as specialty grade. At Videshi, we select coffees for their clarity, distinct origin character and memorable flavour.
