This lot from Nansebo is a blend of traditional Ethiopian heirloom and JARC varieties (74158, 74110, 74112), contributed by around 800 smallholder farmers who intercrop to support their livelihoods.

Grown at high elevations, this coffee boasts medium-high acidity complemented by a small fermentation during processing, which enhances its fruity aromatics. The result is a harmonious balance of fruited sweetness and natural acidity.

Both filter and espresso roasts highlight its vibrant profile, with notes of prune, citrus, stone fruit, and a deep, sugary chocolate sweetness. A cup that’s complex yet indulgent.
