Yamuna Gold is our signature espresso blend, crafted from two standout origins: Idido (Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia) and Mushonyi (Western Rwanda). This blend celebrates terroir and processing precision—combining the floral, fruit-forward clarity of Ethiopian natural coffee with the rich structure and sweetness from Rwanda’s carefully fermented washed lots. Each component is selected for its ability to shine both individually and in harmony.
The Ethiopian component is naturally processed and dried on raised beds, contributing brightness and aromatic lift. The Rwandan coffee, washed with a light fermentation, adds body and a layered finish. Roasted to highlight sweetness and complexity, Yamuna Gold is tailored for espresso extraction.
