This single-farm approach allows for greater control over farming, harvesting, and processing, resulting in an impressively clean and sweet cup profile.

 

Honoring their grandmother’s dream of making the farm a safe and collaborative space for neighbors, they rejuvenated the land, expanded it to 20 hectares, and focused on cultivating high-quality, climate-resilient coffee. Their farm has become a model for others—sharing knowledge, improving harvests, and strengthening the farming community around them.

 

Processed as an extended “slow-dry” natural, the prolonged drying phase enhances the vibrant red fruit character of Taferi Kela offering a rich and flavorful experience.
